some of the creaters are forgetfulness about Megaman well
they could put him in the new Capcom Vs Marvel 4 if there is coming up
we will find out soon enough.
DLC is still an option for UMvC3. But the dream is dead to me.

Ummm.......guys I tried to make the teaser trailer for Ultimate Mario and Sonic Bros.
....................and it was a hard trailer to make it myself,also very diffficult to make my fan character to do and this will take a while like 5 or 6 months and wait for the people that will accept my help.
